Can I change my order information?

Need to change your address info, shipping method, or add/remove items from your order? Here's how to do it. 

How to change your order

1. Go to the Orders page.
2. Find the order that you want to change.
3. Select Edit order. (If you do not see this option, then your order has reached Shipped status and it's too late to change your order information through iHerb.)
4. Save your changes.

If you cancel your order, then you will not be charged and all pending transactions will be voided. 

For orders that have already shipped, some carriers may allow you to change your delivery information. Please contact the carrier directly for any accommodations. Find your carrier's contact information here.
