Why am I not getting the Trial Item discount?

Trial Items are products which are deeply discounted by as much as 90%. This is done so that customers may explore some of the over 30,000 high quality products we offer at the lowest cost possible. However, the Trial Item discount will no longer apply if the same product is purchased again.

Trial Item Discount Restrictions:

• Limited to first-time purchase of Trial Items
  • Regular pricing will apply if trying to reorder any Trial Items
• Applies to one Trial Item per order
  • The largest Trial Item discount will be applied if multiple Trial Items are in cart
• Applies to a single unit and not multiple quantities of a Trial Item
  • If ordering multiple quantities of a trial item, the discount will only be applied to a single unit
• Trial Item discount will apply to the first trial item added to cart
  
  • On desktop, simply click 'Apply' to change which product the trial item discount is applied to.
• May not be combined with other offers.
