Unfortunately, items may become unavailable after orders are placed. This may prevent an order from being fulfilled and shipped. Our inventory management system will automatically cancel the out-of-stock item(s) 24 to 48 hours after an order is placed to ensure the rest of the items arrive by the estimated delivery date provided.
No payments are processed and received by iHerb until after an order has shipped. The total charge is updated to ensure no funds are received for the out-of-stock item(s). This is done to ensure that customers are only charged for the items which are shipped to avoid any complications or concerns regarding refunds.
