Item prices and order totals may change for the following reasons:
1. Country settings were changed.
Our product prices vary based on the country and typically don't fluctuate overnight. If prices change over a short period of time, check your CCL/location settings. Make sure the currency chosen is correct. You may see different prices due to the changed currency rate as well.
2. Some countries added taxes into their pricing.
For example, If your location settings are set to the United States but you're in another country, then your prices will be higher due to taxes. Make sure you login to your account and avoid switching country settings.
Please check with your local customs agency to find out if your country has taxes added to product pricing.
Unfortunately, iHerb has no control over customs duties and taxes.
3. You don't qualify for the Trial Item discount after signing in.
Our website may recognize that you already purchased a Trial Item after signing in to your account. Trial Items are discounted by up to 90% so customers can explore over 30,000+ of our products. However, the Trial Item discount will no longer apply if you purchase the same product again as the discounted rate is only offered once.
4. Item's promotion expired.
Promotions end at 10:00am PST on the expiration date listed. Be sure to promptly checkout after adding items to your cart. If not, you may not be able to take advantage of the promotion.
5. Item's price has changed since it was originally added to cart.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve or guarantee the purchase price. Please note that iHerb's prices typically do not change overnight but are subject to active market factors.
6. Shipping cost was added to the order total.
If you decide to change the shipping method or if the desired carrier cannot transport items in your order, the shipping cost of the new carrier will be added to the order total. Also, if any item is removed from your cart during checkout and the new order value no longer meets the requirements for free shipping, you will see an added shipping cost as well.
