Tip: The 'Questions' feature allows customers to post questions about products for other iHerb community members to answer. You must have purchased the product from iHerb to be able to submit an answer to a question. You cannot answer the same question twice. Posting mentions of Rewards or promotional codes may result in suspension and forfeiture of all accrued Rewards credit.
How to ask a product question
- Select the 'Questions' link next to the review scores when viewing any product.
- Select the 'Ask a Question' button.
- Choose a topic from the drop-down list and type in a brief question. Once you have typed in your question, select the 'Submit' button in the bottom-right corner.
You will receive an email notification when the iHerb community answers your question.
How to answer questions
App
- When viewing the Questions and Answers section of any product, select the 'See All Answers' link located beneath any question.
- Select 'Submit an Answer'.
- Complete the form and select 'Submit Answer' at the bottom right of the screen.
You have now helped another member of our iHerb community and your contribution is appreciated!
Desktop
- You may click on the
icon underneath the product name when viewing any product to navigate to the Questions and Answers section.
- Click 'Answer' on the right side of the screen when viewing any question.
- Provide an answer to the question and click 'Submit'.
- Allow time for the answer to be reviewed prior to it being posted.
