Change your password
Tip: You change or reset your password from 'My Account.'
App
- Go to your 'Quick Links' (person icon).
- Select 'Change Password'.
- Enter a new password and select 'Save'.
- If saved successfully, you'll see the message 'Password Successfully Updated'.
We'll also send you an email confirmation confirming the password change.
Desktop
- Go to your 'Account Settings.'
- Click 'Edit' from the Password section.
- Update your password and click 'Save'.
We'll also send you an email confirmation confirming the password change.
Reset your password
Tip: Be sure to use the email address or phone number registered to your iHerb account. If you're still having trouble receiving the 6-digit reset code, please use these tips.
- On the 'Sign in' screen, select the green 'Forgot password?' text link located above the 'Sign in' button.
- Enter either the mobile number or email associated with your iHerb account. (You must enter an email or mobile number that's linked to your iHerb account to receive the code.)
- Check the box next to 'I'm not a robot' and complete the requested captcha verification.
- Select 'Reset Password'.
- If using a mobile number to receive the code, ensure the country code is correct prior to selecting 'Reset Password'.
- Next, you will receive an email or text message with a 6-digit code. Enter the code provided into the appropriate field and select 'Submit'.
- Enter a new password and select 'Submit'.
You created a new password and should be able to sign in to your account!
