iHerb's refund/return policy
- Requests can be submitted within 60 days of purchase (90 days for iHerb exclusive products).
- Some items must be refunded and not exchanged.
- You may need to provide documentation depicting damages, wrong items sent, etc. for refund approval.
- Refunds may be granted back to the original form of payment or provided as Rewards Credit (store credit).

What if I receive my order after a refund has been approved?
