- Some items must be refunded and not replaced.
- Documentation clearly depicting damages, wrong items, etc. may need to be provided for any compensation to be considered.
- Refunds may be granted back to the original form of payment or provided as Rewards credit (store credit).
What if I have received my order after a refund has been approved?
