Missing Item(s) or Received Wrong Item(s)
Please check the order invoice to ensure that the correct items were chosen for the order and that no items were removed from the order prior to shipping due to fulfilment issues. Also, check the order email confirmation for possible multiple tracking numbers as the order may have been split into multiple shipments.
If the product names are similar, it may be that the product has undergone packaging or ingredient changes from the manufacturer. From the 'Order History' located within 'My Account', click the corresponding product name from your order and find the universal product code (UPC code or barcode). The find the UPC code, please read our short article 'How do I search for and check product information?'.
- If the UPC code is the same, this ensures that you have received the updated version of this product as we are constantly getting fresh inventory from the manufacturers.
- If the UPC code is different, please contact us here and attach the image of the item you received.
Received a Damaged Item
If you have received a damaged item, you may initiate the refund process by clicking here. Refunds may take up to 3 days to review and as long as 35 days to process back into the financial account associated with order payment.
Received an Expired Item
Please note that most products use the American Date Format (MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY). Also, some companies do not list an expiration date but instead put the date the item was manufactured. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly regarding this concern if the item only has a manufacturing date. If you still feel that the product you have is expired, please click here to start the Refund/Return process. Refunds may take up to 3 days to review and as long as 35 days to process back into the financial account associated with order payment.
Note: Only orders with "Delivered" Status and within 60 days of purchase can be processed for returns/refunds.
