How to Place an Order
To place your order, you will need to have an iHerb account. You can either sign in as a returning customer or:
- Create an account
- Sign In with Google
- Sign In with Facebook
After you sign in please follow the steps below:
- Search for a product and click 'Add to Cart'
- Fill out both your shipping (destination) & billing address
- Select a shipping method and read through each option carefully
- Select a payment method
- After reviewing your order, click 'Place Order' to complete your order. If your order was placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation and we will review payment before processing your order.
Note for International Customers: Please be advised that you can be prompted to provide additional information - such as your passport number - during checkout. This depends on the customs regulations of your country and/or the policies and procedures of your chosen carrier. You can find out if this applies to your country and/or carrier, by going to the 'Shipping Information' page.
How to Reorder
Please follow these steps:
Click here to log in to your account. Scroll down to view your order history and choose the order you wish to repeat. Click the 'Reorder' button on the right side of the order and check out as usual.
