If you forgot to apply a promotional or discount code to an eligible order, please do not request to cancel your order or try to create a new order to successfully apply the code.
Instead, please contact our Customer Support team by speaking to a live agent (during available chat hours) or by simply submitting a ticket with your order number and the promotional code you would like to apply. If submitting a support ticket, please allow up to 24 hours to hear back from one of our team members. From there, we can take a look at the order and work with you towards a resolution.
