Shipping Information
- iHerb arranges the shipping of orders to Australia.
- This is a DDP ( Delivered Duties Paid) shipping method which means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are collected at the time customers place their orders.
- As a result, no further payments will be collected at the time of delivery.
- Address changes are allowed by contacting Australia Post directly.
- Address changes are temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Orders must weigh 10 lbs./ 4.53 kg or less and the total order value must be AU$293.00/ $220 USD or less to use this shipping method.
Customs Information
- Starting July 1st 2018, the goods and services tax (GST) will be applied to any imported goods to Australia. The new GST will include charging all imported goods to Australia with a 10% tax on the retail price and on all items that are valued at AU$1,000/ $759 USD or less.
- The following substances are not allowed to be imported into Australia: Supplements containing hemp oil, egg yolks, dairy, MSM, DHEA, Melatonin, bee pollen, bee pollen as a powder, banana, Hoodia, Kava, Camu Camu powder, Cordyceps powder, products with hormones such as Pregnenolone, HGH or 7-Keto and some products containing enzymes.
- Dried beans, lentils, products for pets, and rice each require an import permit.
- Any product in powdered form may cause customs to quarantine an order or assess extra fees.

- This shipping method offers partial tracking.
- Order tracking will begin once orders have arrived in Australia.

Delivery Information
- One delivery attempt will be made.
- Australia Post will leave a memo at the front door with collection details
- Orders will then be dropped off at a local post office and remain there for 10 business days. If not picked up within 10 days, orders are then sent to the Australia Post warehouse.
- If no local post is available, orders will be directed back to the Australia Post warehouse immediately if a failed delivery attempt occurs.
- Orders will be disposed of after being stored at the warehouse for 30 days.
- Australia Post will leave a memo at the front door with collection details
- Signatures are required for Australia Post to release orders to customers.
- Typical delivery time is 5-15 business days after orders have shipped.
