- This carrier only services Israel.
- This is a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping method which means that all duties, taxes, and import fees are collected at the time customers place their orders.
- Boxit does not service Gaza and the West Bank.
- Changes to delivery information may be made by contacting Boxit directly.
- Orders must weigh 11 lbs./ 5 kg or less and the total order value must be ₪1,484.18/ $449 USD or less to use this shipping method.
Customs Information
- Israeli Customs may detain your package if personal import limits are exceeded.
- Import taxes, duties, and fees will be imposed on orders exceeding ₪250.00/ $75.00 USD and/or if two or more orders from the same consignee arrive in Israel within 72 hours of each other with an aggregated value exceeding ₪250.00/ $75.00.
- Sales of the following products will be limited to Israel due to additional import permits or documentation required by Israel Customs: Pet Food, Seeds, Green Tea, Jerky, Eye Drops, Rice, Nuts, Baby Formula, and Medicaments.

Delivery Information
- If an order has been returned to a Boxit storage facility, customers may contact Boxit directly to arrange another delivery attempt.
- 3 delivery attempts are made by the carrier for Boxit home delivery.
- If packages are not delivered successfully they are returned to the Boxit storage facility.
- Orders are destroyed after 30 days of storage.
- Boxit Locker stores orders for pickup for 48 hours.
- After 48 hours, Boxit sends an SMS to customers with a pickup reminder.
- If packages are not picked up they are returned to the Boxit storage facility.
- Orders are destroyed after 30 days of storage.
- Boxit Store Pickup holds orders for 72 hours.
- If packages are not picked up they are returned to the Boxit storage facility.
- Orders are destroyed after 30 days of storage.
- Customers may be asked to show their passport or ID during delivery.
