Order status information
- Waiting for Payment: Indicates that payment must still be completed.
- This is often the case for third party payment methods such as Sofort, PayPal, Yandex, etc..
- The necessary information to complete the order is located next to the order of concern.
- Processing: Order is currently processing and waiting to be fulfilled and shipped soon.
- Customers may cancel their orders during this phase. For most payment methods, iHerb does not receive payment until orders have shipped. Funds should appear back in the financial account within 3-5 business days.
- Some third party payment methods (Boleto, Konbini, etc.) must be refunded to your Rewards account.
- Fulfilling: Order has been successfully placed and the warehouse is preparing it for shipment.
- Customers may cancel their orders during this phase. For most payment methods, iHerb does not receive payment until orders have shipped. Funds should appear back in the financial account within 3-5 business days.
- Some third party payment methods (Boleto, Konbini, etc.) must be refunded to your Rewards account.
- Shipped: Order has left our warehouse and is out for delivery.
- Orders may no longer be canceled.
- Contact the carrier or check the tracking link provided for the latest delivery status.
- Delivered: Order has been delivered by the carrier.
- Contact the carrier for any concerns regarding the "delivered" status.
- Returned: Order has been sent back to either the carrier's distribution hub or iHerb.
- Contact the carrier directly to determine if further information is needed prior to order delivery.
- Orders are stored at carrier facilities for short durations prior to packages being disposed of.
- Order Lost: Order is considered lost during the shipping process.
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance prior to contacting iHerb Customer Support.
- Order Damaged: Carrier has damaged the order during transit.
- Carrier may still deliver the order and products may have no damage.
- Contact the carrier directly to determine if they will still deliver the order.
- Canceled: Confirms that an order cancellation was successful.
- Customers may cancel their orders during this phase. For most payment methods, iHerb does not receive payment until orders have shipped. Funds should appear back in the financial account within 3-5 business days.
- Some third party payment methods (Boleto, Konbini, etc.) must be refunded to your Rewards account.
- Please note that shipped orders cannot be canceled.
- Rejected: Order was not accepted for various reasons.
- Failed payment and account concerns are common reasons.
- Trying another payment method may help.
