How do I get notified when an item is back in stock?
If your item is out-of-stock, you should sign up for back in stock email notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Be sure to use the correct destination country setting when signing up for back in stock email notifications. If the country setting is incorrect, you may receive an email when the product is available again for a country other than yours.
Please be aware that popular products are available in limited quantities and may sell out again quickly. To avoid this issue, you should purchase the item as soon as you receive the back in stock email notification.
How can I find similar items?
On your out-of-stock item's product page, go to the Customers also viewed section for a curated list of similar products. This link is under the product name and star rating.
While you wait for an item to be restocked, be sure to check out similar items within our product selection. You might discover new favorites and other popular products.
Why is an item out-of-stock?
Even if the item was shown as available while placing the order, we may run out-of-stock by the time we can process your order. Rest assured, we are working hard to restock products as soon as possible.
Also, inventory may vary by country and local warehouses. To ensure that items added to your cart are available in your country, we recommend that you do not switch your country settings. Switching your browser's country settings (or CCL) will negatively impact the accuracy of iHerb's product selection and availability on the website.
Will I be refunded for out-of-stock items?
We will send you an email letting you know that the item or the order has been canceled. You will not pay for any canceled items or orders.
For orders paid using Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or PayPal:
- You will not be charged for any out-of-stock items removed from your order and the total for the order will be adjusted prior to the payment being processed.
- iHerb never receives payment until orders have shipped from our warehouses. Any initial transactional notification or payment authorization will be voided based on your bank's processing policy.
Please note, you may not see a refund transaction and your bank may not send you any notification. You should see the new order total charged in your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
Any Rewards Credit applied to your order will be returned to your iHerb Rewards account.
