Here are some pro tips for using the chatbot 👋
1. Sign in to your account
When you sign in to your account, we're able to look up your orders and help you with more complicated questions like order status, shipping & tracking and more. This gives you more personalized assistance.
2. Use "Quick Reply" buttons as much as possible
"Quick Replies" let you ask questions without needing to type full messages. These suggestions appear at the bottom of the chat. Just click and send a reply!
3. Send short and sweet messages
Be sure to avoid long sentences. We don’t recommend including specific details like item or brand names, purchase dates, dollar amounts, etc.
Skip the details and keep it simple.
- ✔️ Do: “Customs”
- ❌ Don’t: "Why has customs charged me for order processing and delivery?"
4. Ask one message/topic at a time
To make sure we cover everything, the chatbot will respond to each message/topic individually.
- ✔️ Do: "I received a damaged item." Then address other concerns if the chatbot doesn't.
- ❌ Don’t: "I received a damaged item and, if I file for a refund, how long will the refund take to process?"
5. The more questions you ask us, the more we'll learn!
Our chatbot is learning every day and may not be able to answer all questions right away. Don't worry!
If the chatbot is unable to help, you may ask to speak to a live agent or we can submit a support ticket.
