How does it work?
Autoship and Save is our most convenient and flexible way to shop yet! Simply pick your favorite products and the frequency of your deliveries. We will take care of the rest! Below is a simple outline of the shopping experience:
- Choose the products you want to have automatically shipped.
- Explore eligible Autoship and Save products, fill your cart with the desired products, then choose the Autoship and Save option next to each.
- Customers will receive a 5% discount on their first ever subscription order.
- After the first delivery, each recurring delivery will enjoy a 5% discount and free shipping.
- Choose how often deliveries will be made.
- Select the quantity and frequency of your subscriptions.
- Simply manage your subscriptions moving forward.
- Add or remove products, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time.
- Each customer will have 1 delivery date per month for Autoship and Save items.
- If a customer places another subscription less than 20 days before the next Autoship and Save delivery day, it will be sent out in the next Autoship and Save delivery.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Locate the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Cancel your subscription.
- You may also simply choose to skip your next delivery.
How do I change the frequency of deliveries?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Select the applicable item subscription.
- Under the Quantity and Frequency menu select the drop down menu under Delivery every: and choose the desired delivery frequency.

How do I skip my next delivery?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Choose 'Skip' next delivery on the appropriate product(s).
How do I change the quantity of an item(s) in my subscription?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Locate the appropriate item subscription and use the drop down menu under Quantity to adjust the quantity of the product in your subscription.
How do I change the shipping address for my subscription?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Subscribe again to the product using the new shipping address.
How do I change the payment method for my subscription?
- Enter 'My Account'.
- Select 'Autoship and Save'.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Subscribe again to the product using the new payment method.
What payment methods are accepted for Autoship and Save?
Autoship & Save supports payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You can still use other payment methods for one-time purchases that aren’t subscriptions.
What happens if I subscribe to a product and the price changes later?
You will be notified about any price changes before we deliver the next subscription. The most recent price will be shown in the notification and charged unless the subscription is canceled.
Will I be reminded before my subscriptions are delivered?
You will receive an email notification 2 days before we place the recurring order. At that time, you will be able to skip, modify, or cancel your subscriptions before shipment.
Are there any membership fees for the Autoship and Save service?
There are no membership fees and you will receive a 5% discount. For customers in the United States, free shipping is for all recurring Autoship and Save deliveries. For customers in Japan, free shipping is available for orders which are greater than ¥2,500.00/ $20 USD.
