Occasional errors may occur when attempting to process payment information and payment will need to be resubmitted. So we may process your order, please resubmit payment information by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your iHerb account.
- Go to 'Order History'.
- You’ll see two red messages that say ‘Order needs your attention’ and ‘Waiting for Payment’.
- Under ‘Waiting for Payment,’ click the red button ‘Update payment’.
- Select the payment method used to place your order.
- Update payment information.
- Submit payment information.
Once payment has been updated successfully, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. There is nothing left to do and your order will be delivered by the estimated delivery date provided in the email.
