How do I view my order history or reorder?

How to view your order history

  1. Go to your 'Orders' page in your account. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to login first.
  2. You will see an overview of all your orders with relevant information including the order number, the order total and the status.
  3. You will now be able to view the tracking history and other order details by choosing the appropriate options next to any order.

How to reorder (or duplicate) a past order

  1. Go to your 'Orders' page. 
  2. You will see an overview of all your orders with relevant information including the order number, the order total and the status.
  3. Select the ‘Reorder’ option located on the right side of the order you wish to reorder. Any past purchase will be available to reorder as long as the items are in-stock and available for your country.

What if I can't find a past order or place a duplicate order?

  1. Ensure you are logged into the correct iHerb account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Ensure the iHerb app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Please check every page of your order history.
  4. Verify that the items are still available for sale to your country. Past items may be discontinued, out-of-stock or no longer be allowed for import into your country.
