How to view your order history
- Go to your 'Orders' page in your account. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to login first.
- You will see an overview of all your orders with relevant information including the order number, date the order was placed, the order total, and the status.
- You will now be able to view the tracking history and further order details by choosing the appropriate options next to any order.
How to reorder (or duplicate) a past order
- Go to your 'Orders' page.
- You will see an overview of all your orders with relevant information including the order number, date the order was placed, the order total, and the status.
- You will now be able to locate and reorder any past purchase as long as the items are in-stock and available for your country.
What if I can't find a past order or place a duplicate order?
Please do the following:
- Ensure you are logged into the correct iHerb account if you have multiple accounts.
- Ensure the iHerb app is updated to the latest version.
- Please check every page of order history available.
- Verify that the items are still available for sale to your country. Past items may be discontinued, may be out-of-stock, or may no longer be allowed for import into your country.
- Login to your account even if it appears you are already logged in.
- Search for the item using our search bar and filters.
