Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped from our US warehouses to Russia by air freight.
- By choosing this delivery method, customers agree to the broker GBS's offer.
- Duties and taxes may be collected at delivery.
- iHerb offers 5Post Pickup (store pickup) and Postamats (locker pickup) options.
- The estimated delivery dates provided by iHerb reflect most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit times caused by air freight delays, customs inspection, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb’s control.
- Delivery information may be changed after orders have shipped by contacting 5Post directly.
- Recipient name cannot be changed for customs clearance purposes.
- Orders must weigh 11 lbs./ 5 kg or less and the total order value must be ₽14,820.45/ $201.11 USD or less to use this shipping method.
Customs Information
- Customs clearance of all orders will be organized by GBS.
- Customers will receive a text message from GBS if involvement from the customer is needed to complete customs clearance.
- Recipients of personal shipments with Russian citizenship must provide an ITN along with Passport ID for customs clearance.
- Customers may access https://service.nalog.ru/inn.do to obtain the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Duties and taxes may be collected at delivery.
- The following substances are not allowed to be imported into Russia : Hemp seed, kava, raw seed, and raw nuts.
- Our shipping partners have advised adding a quantity restriction of 5 items per product/SKU number to ensure customs clearance. This is not a restriction of the order's total number of different products.
- For example, customers may purchase 15 items, as long as there are 3 separate Product/SKUs.

Tracking Information
- Please note that tracking will not be available for a few days after an order is placed due to the information exchange between the company and delivery service.
- This shipping method offers complete tracking from shipping to final delivery.

Delivery Information
- Order can be picked up at all 5Post Pickup locations and lockers by providing the security code provided by 5 Post via text message.
- If customers have a personal account on fivepost.ru the security code will be available in the account as well.
- Orders are stored for 7 days after delivery to the selected 5Post Pickup point or locker.
- Any unclaimed orders will be sent back to a 5Post warehouse and will be stored for 15 days.
- After 15 days, any unclaimed orders will be disposed of and a refund will not be granted by iHerb.
