Is Klarna available at iHerb?
Yes, iHerb accepts Klarna as a payment method. At the moment, however, Klarna is only offered to our customers in the United States. However, we are looking into opportunities to expand this payment option to more countries soon.
Can I shop with iHerb using the Klarna app?
Yes! You will be redirected to our site if using the Klarna app to shop with us.
Do I always have to pay in 4 payment installations?
Customers only have the option to pay in 4 payment installations while using Klarna to shop with iHerb. However, customers can pay off their entire Klarna balance ahead of the scheduled payments.
How do I get refunded if I have paid with Klarna?
- Simply log into the Klarna app, navigate to the 'Orders' tab, locate the order, scroll to the bottom of the order page, select 'More' and then select 'Report Return'.
- As soon as you have reported your return/refund your payment plan is paused. This allows time for the return to be registered and for your payment plan to be updated accordingly.

What are common reasons why my Klarna payment may not be successful?
- Order is below the minimum threshold of $35.00 USD.
- Order is above the maximum threshold of $1,000.00 USD.
- May be related to state restrictions to payment installation options (e.g. New Mexico).
- May be too many purchase attempts in a small amount of time (fraud prevention).
- Please note, a rejection does not negatively impact a shopper's credit score.

How do I cancel my iHerb order if I have paid with Klarna?
- Customers may contact iHerb's Customer Support Team to have their order cancelled only if their order has not already shipped.
- Customers may cancel their iHerb order themselves by going to the 'Orders' section of their iHerb account, locating the order, and proceeding to cancel.
- Please note, if the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- Klarna will cancel the payment and refund any paid amount once the order has been cancelled and Klarna has been notified by iHerb.

Does iHerb accept 'One Time Cards' pay for an order?
- Customers who attempt to pay with a One Time Card using Klarna will have their payment denied. However, they may see a 'Payment Pending' status on their card which is an authorization hold. This hold will be released after 24 hours.

What happens if I miss a Klarna payment or I have insufficient funds to complete the next payment?
- iHerb customers have the option to snooze payments if needed. This will allow 10 additional days to pay for your purchase.
- Klarna will make two payment attempts. If the payment is unsuccessful, Klarna will impose a $7.00 USD late fee to the outstanding balance. Late payments will be added to the total of the next scheduled payment. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the order value.
- Klarna will send customers an email notification if their payment was unsuccessful. If payments are unpaid, customers may be blocked by Klarna from using them as a payment option in the future.

How do I snooze my next Klarna payment?
Log into the Klarna app, navigate to the 'Orders' tab, locate the order of concern, scroll to the bottom of the Order page, click 'Payment Options' and then 'Extend Due Date'.
- Snoozing your next payment will give customers an additional 10 days to make the payment.
- Interest and late fees are not charged.
- Not all Klarna users are eligible to snooze their payments and this decision rests solely with Klarna, not iHerb.
