Tracking will only become available once orders have shipped. And there's no need to worry if you don't see the tracking information right away.
Most international carriers do not update the tracking status until orders are cleared through customs or until they reach their carrier facility. This may take some carriers up to 10 business days.
Rest assured, you'll still receive your order within the estimated delivery time frame.
iHerb makes tracking your orders easy! Simply do the following:
- Go to the Orders page of your account.
- Locate the order you wish to track and select Track Shipment.
The estimated delivery date, carrier name, tracking number, carrier website, and the current status of the order will be displayed.
If you're on the website, you can also click Order Status located at the bottom of the iHerb homepage for order tracking.
