Shipping carriers may change the status of an order to "Delivered" up to 24 hours ahead of the actual delivery. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you please wait at least 24 hours before contacting us.
For the most recent order delivery status, we recommend contacting the carrier first. Find your carrier's contact information here.
Be sure to provide your carrier with the following information:
- Order number
- Find your order number in Orders, the order confirmation email, or order confirmation text message.
- Tracking number
- Find your tracking number in Orders > select your order > select View tracking history.
- Delivery address information
