If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to process it and ship it within the next 30 business days. However, if we cannot ship your order, the order will be canceled and all pending transactions will be voided.
You will be notified of order cancellation by email and SMS if you have opted to receive such notifications in your account's communication preferences. iHerb does not receive payment until orders have shipped. Accordingly, any pending transactions which are voided will be returned back to the financial account associated with order payment within 7-10 business days. If you do not see your funds returned after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution as they will be best equipped to assist you further.
