What is Learn & Win?

Learn & Win makes learning about health and wellness fun! Visit the iHerb App daily, read the blog post, and answer the corresponding question for your chance to win. To increase your chances of winning Promotional Rewards Credit, come back every day at 12 PM PST for another new blog question.

How can I participate?

Participants must use the iHerb App (available for free download in the Apple and Google Play stores). Each daily participation begins at 12 PM PST of one day to 11AM PST of the following day. The 1 hour rest time 11 AM PST - 12 PM PST between each daily participation is needed for iHerb to calculate the final results and general the final list of daily winners. For information about Learn & Win, please visit the Official Rules section under Learn & Win. If your Rewards account is blocked or paused, please reach out to Customer Service for help.

Why can't I play the daily Learn & Win between the hours of 11am PST to 12pm PST?

iHerb reserves this 1 hour rest time daily to calculate the final results and general the final list of daily winners. Come back at 12 PM PST daily to see the previous day's result and participate in the next daily quiz.

How many times can I enter the daily Learn & Win drawing?

Each iHerb customer is limited to one quiz submission per day per device. Return daily at 12 PM PST for a new opportunity to correctly answer the blog question of the day.

There is no limit to how many times you can win Promotional Rewards Credit. Even if you have won Promotional Rewards Credit in the past, you can come back again for another chance to learn and win.

How will I know if I win?

Go to the Winnings dashboard (under Learn & Win). The date and value of each of the winnings are listed chronologically. To check your total Rewards Balance, visit My Rewards, where you can reference all past transactions.

Can I share the daily Learn & Win blog post?

Yes. Go to Learning history (under Learn & Win) and find the article that you want to share. Then click the Share icon on the bottom-right corner of the article.

What are my chances of winning?

A total of 611 Promotional Rewards Credit prizes will be awarded each day among four tiers of winners. There will be one (1) first prize winner, ten (10) second prize winners, one hundred (100) third prize winners, and five hundred (500) fourth prize winners each day.

The number of Promotional Rewards Credits each tier of prize winner receives will depend on the number of people who enter the Sweepstakes, see Learn & Win Official Rules for details. The odds of winning varies based on the number of eligible entries received each day and will also vary based on the different prize tiers (for example you are more likely to win a fourth place prize where there are 500 available versus a first place prize of which there is only one).

What will Learn & Win winners receive?

If you are one of the unique daily winners, you will receive a designated amount of Promotional Rewards based on your prize tier. The number of Promotional Rewards Credits each tier of prize winner receives will depend on the number of people who enter the Sweepstakes.

The base level of value of the Promotional Rewards Credit prizes are as follows: $500 Rewards Credit for 1st prize, $50 Rewards Credit for 2nd prize, $5 Rewards Credit for 3rd prize and $1 Rewards Credit for 4th prize. The number of winners for each prize tiers and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible and correct entries received. You can immediately redeem your Promotional Rewards Credit on your future purchases.

What is Promotional Rewards Credit?

Promotional Rewards Credit are Rewards earned that can be used immediately on future purchases until it expires and are not eligible for cash out. If you also earn Rewards from making referrals and writing reviews, you will notice that there is a separate bucket for Promotional Rewards. All Available Rewards, regardless of how it was earned, will be eligible to be redeemed on future purchases.

Promotional Rewards Credit will always be the first type of Rewards that automatically applies at checkout, which makes completing your iHerb purchase convenient and rewarding. To check your Promotional Rewards Balance, visit My Rewards. On My Rewards, you can also reference your total Rewards balance and every Rewards transactions.

Can Promotional Rewards Credit be cashed out?

No, it can only be redeemed on future iHerb purchases up to its expiration date (see below).

When does my Promotional Rewards Credit expire?

The expiration period for each prize is as follows:

• 1st prize: valid for 90 days from date of receipt
• 2nd prize: valid for 90 days from date of receipt
• 3rd prize: valid for 90 days from date of receipt
• 4th prize: valid for 90 days from date of receipt

Promotional Reward Credit Expiration Date Renewal: If you have unexpired Promotional Rewards Credits in your account and you win the Learn & Win again on another day, all of the Promotional Rewards Credits in your account will rollover to the new expiration date of the latest Promotional Rewards Credits awarded.

Any unused Promotional Rewards Credit will automatically expire after the designated time has passed.
