If your order’s tracking status states 'Order returned', ‘Delivery Attempt’, or ‘Failed Delivery’, then this means the order is being returned to the carrier storage facility for temporary storage, another delivery attempt, or for customer pick-up. Some carriers will attempt up to 3 deliveries. Please be advised, additional fees may be charged by the carrier to arrange additional delivery attempts.
Please contact the carrier directly for any concerns such as:
- If your order has been delivered to a pick-up point but you haven't received a SMS message with the access code.
- If you want to arrange another delivery attempt.
- If you have any other concerns regarding your order delivery.

Due to the nature of international logistics, some carriers may state they are returning an order to us but, instead, they may have disposed of it. If your order is successfully sent back to us, we'll issue a refund and notify you by email.
