Below are the frequently asked questions and answers regarding iHerb store credit.

What is iHerb store credit?

You can use iHerb store credit for purchases on iHerb.com. Store credit may be granted if a customer uses a payment method for an order which is non-refundable such as iHerb gift cards, Doku Wallet, PayEasy, Konbini, etc. Store credit may be provided at iHerb’s discretion. 

How do I use store credit?

Once you receive store credit, it is immediately available to use on an order. It will apply automatically during the checkout process.

How can I check my store credit balance?

You may view your available store credit by going to the Store Credit section of your account dashboard. In that section, you may review your store credit history and transactions with the balances displayed in the appropriate currencies.

Does store credit expire?

Store credit does not expire.

Can I cash out my store credit?

Store credit can not be cashed out. You may only use it when placing an order with iHerb.

Can I transfer my store credit to another account?

Store credit may not be transferred to any other account. If customers have multiple accounts, they are unable to transfer store credit between accounts. Store credit is only available for use to the account it has been granted to.

What currency will my store credit be granted in?

Store credit will be provided in the original currency used when the order was placed. If you placed an order in a currency other than the provided store credit currency, the store credit cannot be applied to the order. Both store credit currency and the current order’s currency must be the same for store credit to be applied to an order.
