Signs Your Account May Be Compromised
If you notice any of the following activities, your account security may be at risk:
- Changes to account details: Updates to your password, shipping address, or contact information that you did not make.
- Unsolicited password resets: Receiving a password reset email that you did not initiate. (We recommend changing your password immediately if this occurs).
- Unauthorized orders or returns: Purchase history showing items you did not buy, or return/refund requests you did not create.
- Payment changes: New or altered credit card information stored in your profile.
- Rewards activity: Unusual activity in your Rewards account, such as an unauthorized cash-out.
Note: For your protection, iHerb may place a temporary hold on your account if we detect suspicious activity.
Steps to Take Immediately
If you suspect your account has been compromised, or if you received an order confirmation for a purchase you did not make, act quickly using the steps below.

- Create a complex password using a combination of numbers, letters, and symbols.
- Contact your financial institution: If you see unauthorized charges, contact your credit card company or bank immediately to report the suspected fraud.

- The suspicious order number (if applicable).
- A specific description of the unusual activity you noticed.
