Need to update the billing information for your Subscribe & Save orders? Whether your card expired or you simply want to use a different account, managing your payment methods is straightforward.
The steps look a little different depending on whether you are switching to a card you already have on file or adding a brand-new card:
Switching to an Existing Saved Card
1. Navigate to Subscribe & Save: Located in your account settings.
Log in to your profile, open the My Account menu, and select Subscribe & Save.
2.Select Your Delivery:
Click on the upcoming delivery that you want to update.
3.Update Your Payment:
Scroll down to the Payment Method section and choose your preferred saved credit card from the available options.
Adding a Brand-New Card
For security reasons, our system requires new credit cards to be verified through standard checkout before they can be attached to recurring subscriptions.
To add a new card to your subscription, follow these steps:
Place a standard order: Shop for any item and proceed to regular checkout.
Save the card: During the checkout process, be sure to select the "Save card for future purchases" box when entering your new payment details.
Update your subscription: Once your order is placed and the card is safely stored in your account, follow the steps in the section above to apply it to your Subscribe & Save deliveries!
Digital Wallets & Important Rules
When managing your subscription payments, please keep a few important system limitations in mind:
Saved Cards Only: Subscriptions can only be updated using payment methods that have been previously saved to your account.
Credit Card Limitations: Updates to existing subscriptions are currently limited to credit card changes.
Digital Wallets: You can switch your subscription payment from a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) to a stored credit card. However, switching from a credit card back to a digital wallet is not currently supported.
Using a New Digital Wallet: If you want to start using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal for an active subscription, you will need to cancel your current subscription and set up a new one using your preferred digital wallet at checkout.
