How do I upload the required documents?
After placing your order, you will be prompted to upload the required documents on the order confirmation page. Simply select ‘Upload documents’ and follow the instructions.
To upload them later, go to the Orders section of your account, locate the order, and follow the instructions. You have up to 5 days to upload the documents before your order is canceled.
Why am I required to upload these documents?
As outlined in Article 8 of the Import Regime Decree, any natural person or legal entity with a tax number is eligible to undertake import transactions. Therefore, Power of Attorney (POA) and other documents are required to import orders in accordance with Turkish regulations. The documents are necessary for identification purposes, and iHerb must follow such laws for importing orders.
Can I upload these documents later?
Customers can upload the required documents immediately after placing an order. To do so, select the red ‘Upload documents’ button. Customers will have 5 days to upload the documents before the order is canceled. Canceled orders will not be shipped and any pending transaction will be voided and should return to the financial account associated with order payment within 7-10 business days.

Do I have to upload them every time I order?
Personal ID/Passport does not need to be uploaded every time an order is placed. POA/Dr. Notes may need to be provided each time if requested by customs.
However, we always recommend providing all documents with each order to ensure that all requirements are met and that your order is delivered without any complications.
I uploaded the wrong documents. Can I re-upload them?
Please contact Turkish Customs and the carrier immediately to inform them of this mistake and to learn what may be needed to ensure the successful delivery of your order.

Please contact your doctor and ask for a prescription for the supplement you wish to purchase.

My order is a gift. Can I upload documents under a different name?
This is not allowed and will result in the order not being successfully delivered. If this occurs, iHerb is not liable for any refunds or compensation for the order.
I'm getting an error while uploading. What should I do?
This is typically due to a network error or documents have been uploaded in the wrong format or size. If a network error is occurring, please check the documents and try uploading them after some time has passed. Please refer to question number four to see the accepted formatting guidelines for all uploads.
