Step 1: Obtain a Customs Destination Certificate
Chile's health authority requires a customs destination certificate to release your shipment.
- Access the Customs Platform:
- If you have a prescription: Log in to this customs platform with your unique password or create a user account if you do not have one.
- If you do not have a prescription: Log in to the customs platform using this link with your unique password or create a user account if you do not have one.
- Link is only available to customers who are located in Chile.
- Approval Process: Submit your information and wait for your resolution to be approved.

Step 2: Submit the Approved Resolution to DHL
Once you have the approved resolution after submitting it, please email the receipt to notificaciones.aduaneras@dhl.com. DHL will then begin the nationalization of your shipment once it arrives in Chile.
