Requirements
Before placing an order with Apple Pay, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Use the Safari Browser: Apple Pay on mobile websites is only available when using the Safari browser on a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Set Up Your Wallet: You must have a valid credit or debit card added to the Wallet app on your Apple device. If you haven't done this yet, please set up your card in the Wallet app before proceeding to checkout.
- Mada Card Not Supported: Right now, Apple Pay does not accept Mada card as a payment method. When using Apple Pay, please use another stored payment method.
How to Place an Order with Apple Pay
- During checkout, tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay from the list of payment methods.
- Review your order details. Check your billing, shipping, and contact information to make sure that they're correct.
- If you want to use a different card from your default, tap the arrow icon next to your card to select another one from your Wallet.
- If you need to enter new billing, shipping, or contact details, Apple Pay will allow you to do so. It will securely store this information for future use.
- Confirm the payment using your device's specific method:
- On an iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Double-click the side button, then authenticate with Face ID or your passcode.
- On an iPhone or iPad with Touch ID: Place your finger on the Touch ID sensor.
- On an Apple Watch: Double-click the side button.
- Once your payment is successful, you will see "Done" and a checkmark on your screen, and your iHerb order will be confirmed.
What if My Apple Pay Payment Fails?
If we are unable to receive your Apple Pay payment for any reason, your order will still be created, but it will be placed in a "Payment Pending" status.
- You will receive a payment reminder email from us that includes a link to a secure portal where you can attempt to complete the payment again.
- You have 72 hours from the time you placed the order to complete the payment.
- If payment is not successfully completed within 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Any pending transactions on your account for this order will be voided.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the pending charge to disappear and for the funds to be reflected back in your financial account.
