About Product Recall Notifications

Why You Received This Notification

Your safety and trust are our top priorities. You received a product recall notification email because our records show that you have previously purchased a product that has been recalled by the manufacturer or a regulatory body.

The email we sent to you contains the specific name of the recalled product(s) you purchased. We send these notifications to ensure you are aware of any potential issues and can take appropriate action.

What You Should Do

If you have the recalled product, please follow these steps for a full refund:

  1. Stop using the product immediately.
  2. Dispose of the product securely. Please do not return it to us. Do not keep in reach of children.
  3. Contact Us: Email ProductRecall@iherb.com with the product name in the subject line. Include the following:
    • Your full name
    • Product name and quantity
    • Order number
    • Photo evidence of destruction: Write your initials and the date on each recalled product and take a clear photo showing this information.

Refund Information:

You will receive a separate email confirming your refund or store credit.

Common Reasons for Product Recalls

Products can be recalled for various reasons to ensure consumer safety and product quality. Common reasons include:

  • Undeclared Allergens: The product contains a major allergen (like nuts, soy, or milk) that is not listed on the label.
  • Contamination: The product may be contaminated with harmful substances, bacteria, or foreign objects.
  • Mislabeled Ingredients: The ingredients or their potency are incorrectly stated on the packaging.
