Seeing tracking statuses like 'Order returned', ‘Delivery Attempt’, or ‘Failed Delivery’ can be confusing. This article explains what these statuses mean and what steps you should take.
Understanding These Statuses
If your tracking shows one of these statuses, it generally means the delivery could not be completed on the first try. Your order is likely in one of these situations:
- Being held temporarily at the carrier's local storage facility.
- Scheduled for another delivery attempt (Some carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times).
- Available for you to pick up at a designated pick-up point.
- Being returned to us.
- International Orders: Sometimes a carrier might state they are returning an order to us but may dispose of it instead. This is outside our control. If this occurs, no compensation may be granted.
Next Steps: Contact the Carrier Directly
For the quickest resolution and most accurate delivery information, please contact the carrier directly. Visit our Shipping Information page to find their official site and carrier contact information.
They can help if:
- Your order was delivered to a pick-up point but you haven't received the required SMS access code.
- You need to arrange or reschedule a delivery attempt.
- You have any other questions or concerns about your order's delivery.
Refunds for Successfully Returned Orders
If your order is successfully returned to our warehouse by the carrier, we will process a refund for the returned items and notify you via email once completed.
