Start the Refund Process

Tip

Store credit refunds are a better and faster option than refunds to the original payment method. Store credit is available within 24 hours of approval and can be used immediately. Refunds to the original payment method can take 7-10 business days, up to 30 days for third-party payment providers, and up to 35 days for international refunds.

Create a Request

You may submit a request within our specified refund period. This begins from the day you receive the product and lasts up to 30 days for items purchased directly through the iHerb site and app or 90 days for iHerb brand products. Items purchased on other sites besides iHerb have a 30-day refund period.   

  1. Login to your account, and navigate to your Orders page.
  2. Select the order you’d like to request a refund for.
  3. Select to return the entire order or an individual item.
  4. Specify the reason for your request (e.g., missing order, wrong item, damaged item, or expired item).
  5. Choose between a refund or replacement, if applicable.
  6. Provide additional details or information regarding the issue in the Message section.
  7. Submit” your request.

Next steps (waiting for a decision)

Once your request has been submitted, please allow 48 hours for our trained agent to review and respond to your request. You'll receive an email notification regarding the final decision.

If your request was approved:

  1. You will receive a 'Return Label Email'. Please check the SPAM folder if you do not see the return label email in your inbox.
  2. Follow all the return instructions listed in the email. Please note that item(s) must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may be granted as a store credit or back to the original payment method at iHerb’s discretion.

If you would like to use your refund immediately, we recommend accepting your refund as store credit, which is typically added to your account right away. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 7-10 business days for your financial institution to process.

If your card has expired or the account is closed, please contact your bank to learn about possible options to receive the refund.

Additional information

For international refunds, the total compensation may differ from the original purchase total due to shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products (including return postage, handling, storage, and quarantine fees). Please note that for international orders, iHerb does not provide a shipping label for returns.

iHerb also reserves the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse any of our policies.
