Start the Return Process

Tip

We are unable to provide international customers with a prepaid return label. If you are an international customer and want to start a return, please contact us for other options. Products purchased outside of iHerb’s website or app have a claim period of 30 days. Kindly note that we accept only unopened items for returns. Customers may return packages by dropping them off at designated carrier locations or by contacting the carrier to schedule a pickup.

Create a Return Request

  1. Go to the Orders page of your account and select the correct order.
  2. Select whether to return the entire order or an individual item.
  3. Select the reason for the return request. (You may be required to provide additional information.)
  4. Choose whether to be refunded or have the item(s) reshipped to you.
    • If the original order has incorrect address information, a reship should not be selected as the address cannot be updated.
    • If your order encountered customs issues, a reship should not be selected.
  5. Provide details about your request in the Message section and click 'Submit'.

How long do I have to return something?

After you submit your return request, you will need to return your package within 14 days.

Our refund window starts from the day you receive the product and lasts up to 30 days for items purchased directly through the iHerb site and app and 90 days for iHerb brand products. Items purchased on other sites besides iHerb have a 30-day refund window.

Next steps

Once you have submitted your return request, please allow 48 hours for a trained agent to review the return request. You'll receive an email notification regarding the final decision.

If your return request is approved, please access your Return Shipping Label from the ‘Return Label Email’ or from the Orders page, by selecting ‘View details’ for the appropriate order, and then selecting ‘Print Shipping Label’. If you do not see the return label email, please check your SPAM folder.

We will process the refund once we receive the item in its original condition and all return instructions are carefully followed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in the account associated with your payment method.
