Update Your Address for Autoship & Save Subscriptions

Please be advised, failure to update your subscription address may result in skipped orders. You will not be charged for any skipped orders.

Follow the steps below to update your address for your active subscriptions.

Step 1: Add a New Address to Your Address Book

  1. Go to your Address Book.
  2. Select "Add a new address".
  3. Enter your new address and ensure your phone number is accurate.
  4. Save the address.

Step 2: Update the Shipping Address for Each Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Autoship & Save page.
  2. Under the “My Subscriptions” section, select “View all”.
  3. Find the subscription you want to update and select "Edit subscription".
  4. In the Shipping Address section, select the edit icon.
  5. Select the newly added address and select "Save".

Repeat these steps for each subscription using the updated address.
