This article explains how to add a one-time purchase item to an existing Autoship & Save subscription delivery. This allows you to combine your one-time purchase with your regular autoship order and potentially qualify for free shipping.
Step 1: Locate Your Desired Product
- Go to the product page of the item you wish to purchase.
- Ensure the product is available and eligible for a one-time purchase.
Step 2: Select 'One-time Purchase'
- On the product detail page, select the 'One-time Purchase' option. This is typically located next to the subscription option.
Step 3: Add to Your Upcoming Autoship Delivery
- A pop-up or prompt will appear. Check the box that says 'Add to your upcoming subscription'..
- Click 'Submit' to confirm.
Important Notes and Conditions
- Free Shipping: To qualify for free shipping, your combined Autoship & Save order (including the one-time item) must meet the free shipping threshold for your country.
- Order Composition: Your Autoship & Save delivery cannot consist solely of one-time purchase items. It must contain at least one of your regular subscription products.
- Skipped Deliveries: If you skip your entire autoship delivery, any one-time purchase items you added to that order will be automatically moved to your next scheduled delivery. You will not be charged for these items until they ship with your next order.
- Timing: You must add the one-time purchase at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery date. This ensures the item is processed and included in the upcoming shipment.
