Add Items to An Existing Subscription

If you buy the same products regularly, setting up an automatic delivery can save you time and money. This guide explains how to use our Ship & Save feature to start a new recurring delivery or add items to an existing subscription.

Choosing Between One-Time Purchase and Ship & Save

When adding a product to your cart, you will see two options:

  • One-Time Purchase: Buy the item once with no future commitments.

  • Ship & Save: Subscribe to have the item delivered to you automatically on a regular schedule.

When you select the Ship & Save option, a subscription setup menu will appear on your screen. From there, you have two choices depending on whether you are a new or returning subscriber.

Set Up a New Ship & Save Delivery Schedule

If this is your first time subscribing, or if you want this item to arrive on a completely different schedule than your other subscriptions:

  1. Select Ship & Save on the product page.

  2. In the setup menu, choose to set it up as a new delivery.

  3. The item will be added to your shopping cart.

  4. Proceed to Checkout and complete your purchase to finalize the new subscription. 

    • Your auto-ship will not be active until you complete the checkout process.

Add a Product to an Existing Subscription

If you already have an active subscription and want to add a new product to that same delivery schedule, you can do so easily without having to pay for separate shipping.

  1. Select Ship & Save on the product page.

  2. In the setup menu, select the option to add the product to an already scheduled autoship.

The item will automatically be grouped with your active subscription and will arrive with your next scheduled delivery.
