Promotion Code Troubleshooting

If a discount or promotion code didn’t apply to your order, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Brand Exclusions
    Some brands in your cart may be excluded from the promotion.
  2. Product Eligibility
    Only eligible items count toward the promotion. Certain products, like Trial Items or certain brand products, may not qualify.
  3. Trial Item Policy
    Trial item promotions can only be used once per item.
  4. Minimum Order Value
    The order subtotal may not meet the promo code’s minimum spend requirement.
  5. Promo Combinations
    Promos cannot be combined with other offers such as special deals or Trial Items. If multiple discounts are applied, the highest discount will automatically be applied to guarantee the best price.
  6. Country Restrictions
    The offer may only be valid for specific countries.
  7. One-Time Use Discount
    Some discounts can only be used once. If you’ve already used the promo on a past order, it won’t apply again.
    • If the order was canceled, wait 15 minutes before trying to use the promo code again.
  8. Offer Expiration
    Promotions end at 10:00 AM PT on the expiration date listed.
  9. New Customer Offers
    Some promotions are exclusive to new customers.
  10. App-Only Promotions
    Certain promo codes are only valid when placing an order through the iHerb mobile app.
    • Download the iHerb app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
  11. Payment Method Restrictions
    Some promotions may only apply when using specific payment methods.
