How to Get Your Free Item
To successfully claim your BOGO discount, follow these simple steps:
- Find eligible items: Make sure you are shopping from the specific collection or category included in the promotion.
- Add BOTH items to your cart: This is the most important step! Our system does not automatically add the free item for you. You must add at least two eligible items to your shopping cart to trigger the discount.
- Head to Checkout: Once both items are in your cart, the discount will automatically apply to the eligible item. You will see the deduction on your order summary before you pay.
BOGO Promotion Rules & Eligibility
To ensure your discount applies correctly, please keep the following promotion terms and conditions in mind:
- Lowest-Priced Item is Free: If you add multiple eligible products to your cart, the discount will automatically apply to the item(s) of equal or lesser value. For example, if you buy a $50 item and a $30 item, the $30 item will be free.
- Eligible Items Only: The promotion only applies to items explicitly marked as part of the Buy One, Get One Free offer. Some brands and products may be excluded.
- Cannot Be Combined: BOGO offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, promo codes, or ongoing sales. If you enter another promo code at checkout, it may override your BOGO discount.
- Location Restrictions: The promotion must be active and available for your country. Regional restrictions may apply.
- Limited Time Only: All BOGO sales are valid for a limited time only, while supplies last. We cannot apply the discount to past purchases or after the promotion has expired.
