In the excitement of ordering your favorite health and wellness goodies, it’s easy to forget to enter a promotion or discount code at checkout. Don't worry, we're here to help!
Here’s what you can do, depending on your order's status.
Scenario 1: Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order using your discount code.
Here’s how to check:
- Navigate to your Orders page.
- Find the recent order and check its status.
- If the status is still "Processing," you may see an option to cancel it.
- Once canceled, you can simply place your order again, making sure to apply your discount code in the cart this time!
iHerb does not receive payment for most orders until after they have shipped. If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped, the original transaction will be voided.
Scenario 2: Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order is fulfilled and on its way to you, we are unable to make any changes to it. This means we can't apply a discount code retroactively after it has shipped.
