How do I return an item or order?


Unfortunately, international customers cannot be provided with the prepaid return label. If you are an international customer and you want to start a return, please contact us first for other options.

You can return an item within 30 days (or 90 days for iHerb brand products) for a refund. Products not purchased directly through the iHerb website or app are limited to a refund period within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests can be created through the iHerb App or Kindly note that we accept only unopened items for returns. 

Create a Return Request

  1. Go to the Orders page of your account and select the correct order.
  2. Select whether to return the entire order or an individual item.
  3. Select the reason for the refund or return request. (You may be required to provide additional information.)
  4. Choose whether to be refunded or have the item(s) reshipped to you.
  5. Provide details about your request in the Message section and click “Submit”.

Next steps (waiting for a decision)

Once your return request has been submitted, please allow 48 hours for the return request to be reviewed by a trained agent. You'll receive an email notification regarding the final decision.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a 'Return Label Email' to return the item(s).

  1. Follow all instructions in the email to complete the return process.
  2. Once the return is received and verified to be in original condition, the refund will be processed. 
  3. Please allow 7-10 business days for most refunds for returns to finish processing and for the funds to appear back in the account associated with your payment method.

Please check the SPAM folder if you do not see the return label email.
