Per Taiwan Customs’ regulations, food and supplements have to go through formal (G1) clearance. Customers importing goods for personal-use purposes must submit the following documents for customs clearance purposes.
- Completed Letter of Authorization (LOA) with a signature and personal stamp.
- Copies of identification card (front and back).
Failure to submit accurate documents may result in order delays and returns. It can also compromise iHerb's ability to refund your order.
How to Submit Clearance Documents:
Please submit the required documents as soon as an order is shipped to avoid customs clearance delays or returns. Please note that the Letter of Authorization must be uploaded every time a new shipment is imported into Taiwan.
