If you're experiencing issues with Apple Pay, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Unsupported Payment Method: Apple Pay does not accept payments using MADA cards.
  2. Technical Issues: Apple Pay may experience temporary technical issues. 
  3. Insufficient Funds: Ensure sufficient funds are in your Apple Pay account or the stored payment method you are attempting to use.
  4. Unsupported Currency: The currency being used may not be supported. Refer to the list of accepted currencies below:

    • DKK (Danish krone)

What to Do if You Can't Pay for Your iHerb Order

If you are unable to complete your iHerb order using Apple Pay, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your current order.
  2. Place a new order using a different payment method.

The funds from your initial Apple Pay order should return to the financial account associated with your Apple Pay payment within 7-10 business days. If you do not see the funds after this period, please contact Apple Pay support for further assistance. They will be best equipped to help you.
