Manage Your Saved Payment Methods (Save, Update, Delete)

Learn how to add, save, update, and delete credit card information in your account settings. You can save a credit card for faster checkouts, update your billing information, or remove old payment details.

Managing Saved Credit Cards

To make future purchases quicker, you can securely save your credit card information to your account.

You can save your card details during the checkout process.

  1. While placing an order, proceed to the payment step and choose to add a new payment method.
  2. Enter your credit card details as prompted.
  3. Check the box labeled 'Save credit card for future purchases'.
  4. Select 'Continue' to complete your order.

Your credit card information will now be saved under the 'Payment Methods' section of your account for future use.

How to Update a Saved Credit Card

For security reasons, you cannot directly edit the card number, expiration date, or name on a saved credit card. However, you can change the associated billing address.

  • To update the billing address: Go to 'Payment Methods' and select the 'Edit' option for the card.
  • To update the card number, expiration date, or name: You must first delete the old card and then add the new one during your next purchase. Please follow the deletion steps below.

How to Delete a Saved Credit Card

If your card has expired or you no longer wish to have it saved, you can easily remove it from your account.

  1. Navigate to your 'Account Settings'.
  2. Select the 'Payment Methods' section.
  3. Locate the card you wish to delete and click 'Remove'.
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Please confirm the request to permanently delete the card.
  5. Once confirmed, a message will appear stating that the payment method has been successfully deleted.

Change Your Autoship & Save Subscription Payment Method

You can update your payment method to any previously saved payment method in your account. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Autoship & Save section of your account.
  2. Select the subscription you want to update.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the Payment method section.
  4. Choose your desired saved payment method and select Save.

The next shipment for this subscription will now use your updated payment method.

Important Note: To use a new payment method you have never used before, you must first save it to your account by placing an order with it.

Third-Party Payment Providers (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.)

For payments made through third-party providers like Apple Pay, PayPal, Yandex, QIWI, etc., we do not store any of your payment information on our servers. All payment data is managed directly by the provider.

To save, edit, or remove payment information for these services, please log in to your account with the respective third-party payment provider.
