Troubleshooting Login Issues and Deactivated Accounts

Tip

Ensure you log in with the email address you used to sign up for iHerb. Using a different email address can lead to login errors.

Having trouble logging in to your iHerb account? Follow the steps below to resolve common login issues and understand how to handle a locked or deactivated account.

Locked Account After Failed Login Attempts

Your account will be locked after 6 consecutive unsuccessful login attempts. Here’s what you can do:

  • Automatic Unlock: The account will unlock automatically after 1 hour. You can try logging in again afterward.
  • Reset Your Password: Use the password reset option if you’re unsure of your credentials.
  • Login with a Temporary Code: Request a temporary code to access your account.

Note: If you are using a mobile number to reset your password or request a temporary code:

  • Double-check that the country code is correct before proceeding.
  • If your account is not linked to a phone number, you must use your registered email to log in or request a temporary code.

Account Verification

In some cases, account verification may be required.

  • Check your registered email inbox for any messages from iHerb.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process.

An account may be deactivated for various reasons, including:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Prolonged inactivity
  • Multiple accounts tied to the same user
  • Abuse of discounts or offers
  • Regional customs issues
  • False or misleading account information
