This article shows customers how to login to their iHerb account using a login link sent to their registered emails.
- On the login screen, enter the email address associated with your account.
- Choose Sign In with Email Link then select Send Link.
- Check your email for a message from iHerb containing the sign-in link.
- Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email from noreply@info.iherb.com with the link.
The link will expire after 10 minutes and must be used within that time frame. You can choose to resend the link should the time expire before you are able to use it.
If your account has been deactivated, please contact us and our team will respond back within 48 hours.
