If you’re not receiving the 6-digit temporary code, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Why Do You Need a Temporary Code?
iHerb sends a code to:
- Reset your password
- Change your email or phone number
- Sign in to your account
Note: Codes are only sent to registered email addresses or phone numbers. If your account is deactivated, contact us, and we’ll respond within 48 hours.
Using Your Mobile Phone Number
- Ensure the correct country code is selected.
- Check that your phone is on, with a strong signal and not roaming.
- Wait up to 5 minutes before resending the code.
- If the code doesn’t arrive, use your registered email address instead.
Using Your Email Address
- Verify the email address is linked to your iHerb account.
- Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email from noreply@info.iherb.com with the link.
Note: Landline numbers are not supported for temporary codes.
