This article explains how to login to your account using a temporary code.
- On the login screen, enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Select 'Forgot password?'.
- Select 'Sign in with a one-time code'. You will receive a 6-digit code after selecting the preferred delivery method.
- Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email from noreply@info.iherb.com with the code.
- Enter code.
The code will expire after 10 minutes and must be used within that time frame. You can choose to resend the code should the time expire before you are able to enter it.
If your account has been deactivated, please contact us and our team will respond back within 48 hours.
